How can I undo my registration?
Please log in using your user name and password. At the top of the sheet, you’ll find a link for deregistration. Please be aware that a deregistration cannot be undone anymore!
How can I check whether my payment was successful?
Please log in using your user name and password. At the bottom of the sheet, you’ll see whether your payment was successful. We will remind you via e-mail 14 days after registration if your bank transfer hasn’t yet arrived.
I do not have a double or mixed partner.
No problem! State your status in the registration form, and you’ll be signed in for the partner cast – so you’ll be able to contact and be contacted by other double/ mixed players seeking for a partner as well. If you don’t find a partner, we’ll cast a „blind date“ partner for you. Please state whether you would agree to play single instead if we weren’t able to cast a suitable partner.
What should I do if my partner can't participate?
Please tell us using the contact form on our website. In that case a same-level subscriber (waiting list) will be given the opportunity the become your new partner. We will inform you about the details as soon as possible.
When will I be told who is going to be my "blind date" partner?
As soon as possible – especially after all payments have arrived and when we don’t allow any de/registrations anymore, but at least on 2016-04-21.
Is it possible to change my partner?
A partner change is possible solely if your new partner is already registered AND if all the three of you give their consent. Please use the contact form and provide all neccessary information. Please note that for fairness reasons you won’t play in a lower level than the best of you three had registered for (no downgrade possible!).
I would like to change my level or my category. Is that possible?
If you plan to change your level, please be aware that for fairness reasons we only accept upgrades. If you plan to change the discipline (e.g. double instead of single), we’ll try to find a partner out of the wainting list. We regret that it’s not possible to state a player who isn’t yet registered. Your account enables you to send us your wishes (please do not send us e-mails, they only make it more complicated). Please be aware that every change leads to more time, effort and work for the organisation team. If your changes can’t be realised anymore (due to overbooking of the discipline), we kindly ask you to withdraw your change request.
I do not want to join the party and the farewell brunch, respectively.
We offer different booking packages on our website. Please book the suitable package for you (and your partner) using your account. Please be aware that a refund of the payment is not possible. However, you’ll be allowed to sell your tickets and vouchers, respectively, to other registered and non-registered persons.
I won't be able to participate anymore - can I get my money back?
We’ll provide a 100% refund due to deregistration before 2016-03-15 and a 50% refund due to deregistration before 2016-04-15. After that we can’t provide any refunds anymore.
Tournament course
When will I receive the detailed tournament schedule with detailed time lines for all disciplines?
The tournament schedule for every discipline and tournament day is already online accessible. The detailed time line for every discipline and every tournament day will be accessible two weeks before the beginning of the tournament (i.e. week 16/2016). You’ll receive an e-mail in good time providing all information.
Which shuttlecocks do I play with?
Level C matches will be played with plastic shuttlecocks, level A and B matches will be played with feather shuttlecocks. Shuttlecocks are provided by the tournament organisation and can be picked up at the tournament desk.
Accomodation
When will I receive information concerning my host?
On 2016-04-15 we will provide information concerning hosted housing to both hosts and guests (via e-mail).
I had signed in for hosted housing, but now I found a private accomodation.
